A funeral for Helen Snelson will be held at York Cemetery Chapel on Monday 16th September 2024 at 11:30am, followed by a reception at the Hospitium in York's Museum Gardens.

All who knew Helen are welcome to attend.

Please note parking is very limited at the cemetery. There is sufficient parking near the chapel for those with limited mobility, but if you are able to walk from the nearest public parking, please leave the spaces at the cemetery for those who need them. Public parking can be found at:

The reception venue will be open from 12.45pm. Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided.

The nearest public parking is at Marygate Car Park, York YO30 7DT.

Alternatively, Bootham Row Car Park is just a few minutes' walk and can be found at YO30 7BP.

For those with limited moblity, the gates to the Museum Gardens on Marygte, a short distance from the Hospitium, will be opened for drop off and collection. There is also on-street parking for blue badge holders on Marygate.
